Description:
The widows village so called from having been solely inhabited by widows in Mr. Daly’s time; he removed the widows of his tenants (such of them as were poor) to this place and gave them a house and s small portion of ground [unable to read].
Situation:
In the South end of the townland of Kilmacra, about 2 miles North of Dalystown House.
