Description:
The property of John J. Bodkin, Esq., M.P. Quarrymount. It contains 352 acres statute measure including about 53 acres of bog. There is an ancient fort in the N. end of this townland in which there is a Trig. Station called Culnalappa.
Situation:
In the N.E. end of parish bounded on the N. and E. by the townlands of Flashaghbeg, Ballaghdunagha: and Ballanthooa: and on the W. by the Barony of Dunmore.
