Description:
Proprietor James MacDermott, Esq., Ramore near Loughrea. Agent Michael McDermott of said place. Rent from 13s. 10d. to 32 shillings per acre. No leases. Soil a great part rocky and light produces by crops wheat and potatoes. Farms from 6 to 10 acres. Co. Cess 14d paid per acre half yearly. Antiquities 5 forts, one called T.land name.
Situation:
In the South West side of the parish bounded on the North by the townland of Lissheenagheeha, West by the parish of Cargans and on the South and East by Lough Corrib. In the Barony of Clare and County of Galway.
