It is the property of Thos. Stratford Eyre, Esq., held by deed for ever. It contains 169a. 3r. 35p. part of which is under good cultivation, the remainder only middling arable and pasture. It is flat and dry. The houses and roads are in bad repair. Pays for Co. Cess £2. 16s. 9d.
