Description:
James Daly, Esq., of Dunsandle, but under lease to Burton Persse, Esq., of Moyode Castle. This townland contains 1,465 acres 1,421 of which are cultivated, 21 uncultivated, 11 bog, 6 wood and 3 water. The proprietor holds the greater part of it in his own possession. No lease given of thro other part, but is let at the yearly rent of 9s per acre. County Cess 1s 8d to 1s 11d half yearly per acre, [Unable to read.] 10 1/3d per acre yearly. It has on it a house called Tallyho Lodge.
Situation:
Situated on the most northerly part of the boundary of the parish. It is bounded N. by the parish of Kiltulla, E. by part of ? parish and the townland of Ragorgan, S. by part of Sutter? and Moyode [unable to read], S.W. by parish of Athenry. Barony of Athenry.
