Proprietor Augustus John O’Neil, Esq., late Lieut 13th light Dragoons, Bunown Castle. Agent John R. Berwick, Esq., Ballinahnch or Dublin. Rent £45 per year. No lease. Soil very rocky. Produces middling crops wherever a spot can be tilled. Co. Cess 20¼d. paid half yearly for each of 5 acres. Corrig Keel a rock in the sea with Trigl. Station. Durrughla Lake in boundary Purthugha Harbour, a village of Poulreevagh, Durrughla Lake touches Doonloghan, Lehedth, Silverhil and Cregoduff, Cuan a wacka Bay, Ocean N. of townland.
Situation:
In the Western extremity of the parish bounded on the South by Doonloghan townland, West by the Atlantic Ocean, South by Leaghcorrig and on the East by Silverhill. In the Barony of Ballinahinch and Co. of Galway.
